Tiger Mountain Nook Trail with 33 pounds

Fungi grow out of the end of a rotting log along the Tiger 3 trail.

Today's Tiger Mountain Hike: On the right, up the Nook Trail; on the left the Tiger 3 descent.

At this writing I packed 35 pounds for about 3 miles up the Nook Trail and down Tiger 3 this morning, for an elevation gain of about 700 feet. Then I walked another 2.4 miles  round trip to Columbia Bank for an investment consultation, for an elevation gain of about 200 feet. Not a lot of work; sort of a toning exercise.

The Nook Trail starts at the bench on the left.
